1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

3. Process for Returns

Review: Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via our secure gateway within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., due to a sizing issue), send us an email at info@hoodiemerch.com.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately (+44 7367068523). We will fast-track a replacement to you at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations

Since we focus on Fast Shipping, orders are processed quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
