1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Domestic (UK): We offer fast-tracked shipping across the UK. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by location but generally range between 7-12 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Secure Delivery

Your safety is our priority. All packages are shipped via trusted carriers and processed through our secure gateway-bound system to ensure that your delivery information is handled with the highest level of privacy 🤝.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HoodieMerch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@hoodiemerch.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
